🧾 STEP 1|Product Preparation (3–6 business days after order)
Once your order is confirmed (payment completed), we will place the order with our manufacturer on the next business day.
→ After arrival, each product is carefully inspected, packed, and prepared for shipping.
✈️ STEP 2|Shipping from Overseas to Your Country (Approximately 7–14 business days)
Your order will be shipped from our international logistics center and pass through customs clearance to your country.
At this stage, we will send you a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the shipment in real time.
→ Once the item arrives in your country, it will go through customs again and be delivered to a local warehouse.
📦 STEP 3|Domestic Delivery by Local Carrier (Approximately 10–21 business days)

📦 How do I check my tracking number?
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, we will send a tracking number to your registered email address, allowing you to check the delivery status at any time.

Your order will be shipped after processing at our warehouse.
Processing time may vary:

💰 Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

📦 Delivery Failed / Returned / Abandoned Packages
If your package cannot be successfully delivered and is returned due to any of the following reasons:

Incorrect shipping address or phone number

Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery

Package not collected within the holding period

Refusal to accept the package
It will be returned to Archi at the customer's expense.
Return shipping fees and any customs or handling charges will be deducted from your refund.
※ If your package is held at customs, it will be kept for a maximum of 30 days.
If not claimed within this period, the package will be discarded, and you will forfeit any right to a refund or exchange.
